Where we deliver, when we deliver, and what it costs.
Where we deliver
Within Nagpur city. Different parts of the city are grouped into zones. Which zone you are in, the fee for it and the minimum order are shown on the Shop page, and also in the cart once you enter your pincode.
We do not ship outside Nagpur. Fresh greens do not stay fresh over a long journey — and not sending is better than sending spoiled produce.
When we deliver
- The greens are cut in the morning and delivered the same day.
- The delivery window depends on your zone; we tell you the expected time when we confirm your order.
- That time is an estimate. Rain, traffic or a problem with the harvest can cause a delay. If that happens we tell you on WhatsApp — we do not wait for you to ask.
Delivery fee
The fee depends on your zone and is shown clearly in the cart before you finish the order. Above a set order value the fee is waived for that zone — that figure is shown in the cart too. There are no hidden charges.
If you are not at home
- Our delivery person calls you.
- If we cannot reach you, the greens are left with a neighbour or in a safe place only if you have told us beforehand that this is all right.
- If neither works, the greens come back. Fresh produce cannot be delivered the next day, so such an order is treated as completed. So please give the right number and answer the phone — that is all we ask.
If the address is wrong
If delivery fails because the address or number was wrong, that is not our responsibility. If you notice it, tell us on +91 84839 36711 at once — if the greens have not been cut yet, we can change it.
