Ordering & payment
How do I order?
Add items to your cart, enter your PIN code and address, and press Send order on WhatsApp. A ready-made message opens — just send it. No account or app needed.
When do I pay?
At delivery — cash or UPI (GPay, PhonePe). Nothing has to be paid in advance. For hotels and cafés we can bill weekly or fortnightly.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, ₹149 — exactly the price of our trial box, so you can try us with just one box.
How does the first-order discount work?
Tick FIRST10 in the cart for 10% off your first order of ₹200 or more. One code per order.
Can an order be cancelled?
Yes, free of charge, if you tell us by 9 pm the night before delivery. Once the greens are harvested the order cannot be cancelled — they were cut for you.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Across Nagpur, in three zones. Enter your PIN code to see your zone, fee and time. We don't ship outside Nagpur — fresh greens don't survive long journeys.
When will my order arrive?
Order by 9 pm and we harvest at 6 am the next morning. Delivery is between 7 and 11 am, depending on your zone.
How much is delivery?
₹30 in Zone A (free from ₹300), ₹40 in Zone B (free from ₹400) and ₹60 in Zone C (free from ₹600). The cart shows your exact fee before you order.
Freshness & safety
How many days do they keep?
In an airtight box in the fridge, 4 to 6 days. Basil and coriander go sooner — eat them within 3–4 days. Do not put a live tray in the fridge, keep it near a window.
Should I wash them?
Yes. Keep them unwashed in the fridge and rinse lightly just before eating — wet greens spoil faster.
Sprouts and microgreens — what is the difference?
Sprouts — grown in water, in the dark, eaten with the root. 2-4 days. Being damp, the risk of germs is higher. Microgreens — grown in a medium, in light. We cut them with the stem and leave the root. Safer, and more flavour.
Are your microgreens organic?
We don't use the word “organic”, because that needs a certificate. What we promise: no fertiliser, no pesticide, no growth hormone — only seed, cocopeat, clean water and LED light.
Eating microgreens
Should I eat them raw?
Yes, raw is best — cooking reduces the nutrition. Scatter them on top of roti and vegetables, in a salad, in a sandwich, or over dal and rice.
Are they alright for small children?
Yes. Start with moong or pea — they are slightly sweet and mild. Radish and mustard are sharp, leave those for later.
How much should I eat daily?
20–30 g a day is enough — that is one good handful. A 50 g pack lasts two people two days.
I take regular medicines. Is that a problem?
Microgreens are food, not medicine. If you take blood-thinning medicine, ask your doctor before eating the kinds high in vitamin K (kale, broccoli) regularly. If you are allergic to mustard, avoid mustard and the mixes that contain it.
Subscriptions
How does a subscription work?
Choose your box, how often and for how long. We reserve trays for you and harvest on the morning of every delivery. The longer the plan, the bigger the discount — up to 15%.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp by 9 pm the day before and we won't harvest for that day. Skipped deliveries move to the end of your plan.
Can I change my greens?
Yes, any week. If the new box costs more or less, we adjust the difference.
How do I pay for a subscription?
Pay at each delivery (cash or UPI), or pay for the whole plan in advance by UPI. We confirm the plan, the dates and the amount on WhatsApp before your first delivery.
Workshop
I know nothing about this — is that alright?
Yes, that is exactly what the Freshers batch is for. Homemakers and students with no farming experience have learnt this too. Everything is taught in Marathi and demonstrated by hand.
How much space do I need at home?
To begin with, one window or a corner of a balcony is enough. Two feet by one foot is plenty for two trays. If you want to grow further, the Repeat batch teaches you how to set up racks.
Can I bring young children?
Bring children above 10 — they enjoy it a great deal and often end up looking after the trays at home. There is no separate fee for children, but tell us if they want a kit of their own.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, on completing the workshop we give a certificate of participation. The Repeat batch certificate also mentions the business training.
What if I run into trouble after the workshop?
You can ask us on WhatsApp for 30 days. Mould, poor germination, a smell — send a photo and we will tell you what to do.
Can I do the Repeat batch first?
Better not. The Repeat batch builds on the Freshers batch — without the basics, the costing and the selling topics are hard to follow. If you already have experience, talk to us on WhatsApp.
What if the seats are full?
We put your name down for the next batch and tell you first once the date is fixed. Let us know on WhatsApp.
Still have a question?
We'd rather say “we don't know, let us find out” than guess. Ask us anything.
