Orders
- An order placed on the website reaches us as a request. It is confirmed only once we confirm it on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Microgreens are cut fresh. A variety may occasionally be finished — if so, we tell you first.
- The weight shown is the approximate weight after cutting. Fresh produce varies a little.
- The prices shown on the website are the prices that apply. If a price changes, orders already confirmed keep the old price.
Payment
- You can pay in cash on delivery, or by UPI.
- We never ask for your card or bank details. If anyone asks for them in our name, please tell us immediately on the number above.
Delivery
- We deliver within Nagpur city. Zones, fees and minimum order values are shown on the website.
- Delivery times are an estimate. Rain, traffic or a problem at our end can cause a delay — we will tell you if it does.
- If the address or number given is wrong and delivery fails because of it, that is not our responsibility.
Workshops
- Seats are limited. A seat is held only once the advance is paid.
- If we cancel a workshop, you get a full refund of what you paid.
