Description
Beetroot microgreens have ruby-pink stems and green leaves, with the earthy-sweet taste of beetroot in a much milder form. They bring colour to salads, raita and sandwiches.
Beet is a slow crop for us — about 11–15 days — and the seed is larger and harder than most, so we soak it well before sowing. Beetroot is naturally known for nitrates; as with all our greens, enjoy it as part of a normal diet.
