Description
Fully grown kale is still hard to find and expensive in India; as a microgreen it is easy to enjoy. The shoots are tender and green, with a mild, slightly sweet and earthy taste — far gentler than the big leaves.
Kale is a favourite of our gym and diet customers for smoothies, salad bowls and wraps. It contains carotenoids such as lutein. If you take blood-thinning medicine, ask your doctor before eating vitamin-K-rich greens like kale regularly.
