Description
Red cabbage microgreens have purple stems and blue-green leaves, and a mild, cabbage-like taste with no sharpness at all — a good choice for children and for anyone who finds radish too hot.
In a USDA study of 25 microgreens, red cabbage had the highest vitamin C. We have not lab-tested our own trays, but we grow them the same careful way: clean cocopeat, no fertiliser or pesticide, about 9–12 days, cut on the morning of delivery.
